I would’ve love to see sides being formed.Tempest could be on marini’s as she knows what its like to have a friendship that went on for years only in the end to have them leave you behind because of one incident. Rockhoof could take zecoras as he know what its like to want something that seems out of reached and be made a joke for trying to reach it.

I’m hoping that in the next comic, Zecora’s so-called friends realize they were being jerks to her during her childhood and apologize.

Now it becomes something; a friendship problem that is actually rooted in what characterizes the MLP world; misunderstandings, lack of communication and misconceptions of others’ behavior and response to their own behavior. Zecora and her friends are not exactly innocent in what separated them from each other, they separated just because they simply do not talk to each other and enter into an understanding. It sounds pretty familiar - as with Tempest Shadow and Starlight Glimmer. For AJ, these are old tones.
 
But; the background of Zecora and her friends in their own homeland is unfortunately worse than expected, very disappointing for those who are interesting in an exciting exploration of what one had been looking forward to for many years. It’s no surprise that the zebras do not have magic in contrast to the abada and kelpies, this has been established even all the way back to G1 - and this helped to make Zecora unique as she was not lost in a magical world with her knowledge and alchemy skills that make even magical masters like Twilight Sparkle listen to her. But this is something she should master from her background as a zebra in her home country, not by being self-taught through inspiration from another country and under an idea of learning magic - especially when that were never mentioned in the TV series! It would have been natural for her to leave her friends by studying and finding teachers, and then to go on a journey of discovery that led her to the Everfree in Equestria. But maybe it was FOR ADULT for the writer?!!
 
That the prince is wearing a magic amulet that enables him to use magic is hardly surprising, but then the writer has been guilty of contradictions that ruin the story. As it turns out, it is “not right” that the zebras do not have, and should not have magic, or that they should not have knowledge of magic users - even have a rather naive view of what is magic. Even with the abada and kelpies who can use magic. Instead, it sees that the writer will give the zebras magic in the worst case. And why were the zebras treated as if they were ponies? For they are not; the zebras are not related to the ponies, what should they do with cutie marks that are magical in themselves, and different coat colors?
 
The Grootslang is interesting, although it looks more like a snake with arms and chest region with head.
 
Unfortunately, it looks like age may have caught up with Andy Price, it was not as nice as it had been, it seems that the pictures are meant for pocket books rather than A4 comics. It becomes too easy to find irregularities in the work of Price and Breckel. And Whitley was obviously not the right man - in the TV shows there were many who contribute to the background of the action, not just one. Here the background is created by just a single man where only Price makes changes to the page. The writer has chosen to follow his own ideas rather than focus on the track from the TV show.
 
If Season 10 is to continue, teamwork is strictly necessary.

Yeesh, Zecora’s a bitch in this story.

Wow, we finally see a defect to Zecora (a repetitive theme), but it is incredible that the Mane 6 have not noticed it before.  
I suppose that living away from Ponyville does not help to get close to them either, the truth is that they have never visited Zecora unless they needed her help or vice versa, it is a case like Discord.
