An “anti-villain” is a villain with an ethical or moral code of some sort that they usually enforce upon themselves and often upon anyone working for them. The US government has no such thing. But this is all I will say on the matter, because this isn’t a political debate forum.

War never changes things for better, maybe just very little or just big for only some countries…
What Fluttershy is trying to mean, is there’s more peaceful ways of solving resource conflicts problems.
Politic facts warning!:
USA governments (speaking from facts) should produce more of their own resources, not pushing the oil producer countries, otherwise they’ll continue being real life anti-villains.
