Twilight is from Canterlot. Her family was open ended when Shining was revealed.  
Pinkie Pie never had full reunions until all of her family members were revealed. Maud was the busy elder sister, so not being in all photos was excused.
 
On the other hand…  
Scootaloo’s situation is more iffy. Several episodes flat out implied she had no one to call family, no aunts, no out of town parents.  
Zephyr appearing out of nowhere and saying Fluttershy was always the bossy, assertive one of the family was questionable to say the least.  
And RD’s fanon uncle who was in a photo in her house is also an honorable mention as a red herring until her parents were revealed.
