I believe at the time CDs could hold more data but now cartridges are more like SD card making hold a lot of data sometimes even a terabyte

I remember in the 2000s cellphones were tiny, and just phones, not multimedia touchscreen mini computers. Now that touchscreen smartphones are the norm’, they’ve gotten bigger, and tablets are basically just HUGE smartphones.

Thinking about it, the writers might have thought of the “nickerpedia” pun and didn’t do it because, if the VA does not use proper enunciation, or if the audience was not listening, “nicker” could be pronounced too soft on the “ck” and would sound like something else.
 
I retract my pun suggestion on the grounds that people are stupid and would likely interpret it incorrectly. Maybe they could focus on the W and go for “Whinnypedia” instead
