Cadence is a good pick as Rapunzel because both are princesses, have long hair, good singing voices, fits perfect for pink and purple, magic and their families both have symbol of the sun.
 
As Shining Armor as Flynn Rider are both is good looking, I can imagen Shining as a theif in the beginning, and meeting a princess.
 
I can see the twin brothers as two of the diamond dogs and Bulk Biceps as Maximus and Chrysalis as mother Gothel :)
