Got a HC that Derpy is infertile so thats why she adopted two fillys that needed help, Amethyst Star and Dinky Doo. She might even adopt more, who knows. She also adopted a male peacock, Steve, because Fluttershy was swamped with sick pets. Doctor came right after she adopted Dinky and they got married a few years later.
