Actually, Prime first had a mouth during the Cybertron cartoon of 2005, the last part of the Unicron trilogy
Even though Optimus Primal had the mouth underneath the mouthplate first, he`s a different character from Optimus Prime
It was listed on Amazon, according to TFW2005 and Equestria Daily
