Twilight’s parents appeared with a speaking role more than once, RD’s parents basically got a whole episode to them, Fluttershy’s parents got a good amount of time along with Zephyr Breeze, Pinkie’s parents mostly got an episode to them, and AJ’s parents got an episode as well.
 
It just seems that Rarity’s parents have got the least focus of all of them, where they had a brief speaking role at the start of one episode.

There’s not enough… well, anything for Rarity’s mom. Or her dad. They just kinda disintegrated after their singular speaking roles. A few background appearances.
