If that’s not the case, then it’s a joke. Though as shown, he missed a spot.
I don’t know if it’s an oversight. I think the artist was ‘censoring’ it because, according to him, deviantart, where he usually posts, will sometimes remove art if it’s adult/uncensored art from a children’s show. I think it’s some other reason, but whatever. Its been awhile, but I do hope he releases an uncensored version at some point.
