EC-1101. ;)
I know, I did it on purpose :3 1101 stands for 13 in binary.
So the megaspell brings bad luck to whoever helds it, like Blackjack. And Sanguine, Dawn and Cognitum.
Nice touch from Somber.
 
Ok, didn’t know about binary thing. :)  
I’m not sure if it is the Megaspell, or just… bad luck thing. Bad or good, depends… her Stable was invaded in the first place by Deus, and only then she get her hoofs on it.  
Dawn never get it in the end, I think.  
Sanguine… had it, but also “gave it” to Psycho. Which, in the end, also had… bad luck. But survived at least. And mostly whole.
 
So… bad luck? Nah.  
More bad lack was to get on the wrong side of the gun or, Celestia forbid, knife type weapon, held by Blackjack. That was… ałć. Just ałć. I think count in that cattegory was… 3? 4? Brr…

Oh, yeah, quite possibly.  
A horrible incident is Tuesday for Blackjack.  
It’s not because she lost EC-13, because she has her pipbuck on. I’d wonder what part is from, now that you have corrected me.

After she became a cyborg? After she got nailed to a boat, raped and died in the sea?
For what I remember, that chapter had her in deep denial of the rape part, and had a very happy tone to it, fighting ghouls and having fun adventures with Littlepip.
And the crying is because of the music. I think…
 
This is definitly not right after her cyborgization.  
This is scene from Chapel. After someone died, but I honestly can’t remember who.  
Too many times she was in that state…  
Still, this will be making my brain hurt until I reread this fic for… tenth time?
