I don’t know if it’s going to change later but so far it follows the PlayStation Plus model of having the sales stacked up on top of sales for non paying members.

For example, a non paying member would have 50% off on a pony while a member would have 75% instead.

Greedloft at it’s most blatant.

This is just going to hurt everyone else who doesn’t pay monthly now. I’m sure they will start pushing out more ads and less sales to the non-paying players and probably paywall more characters as well.
