I guess summer has came earlier to Equestria than to our Earth. Such an early hour, and already bright outside.
and it only superficially resembles a kitten kneading her little kitten blanket so kitten dash can curl up and have a kitten nap.
She is actually doing the grunt work for the weather research team. (That’s why she’s so grumpy. Cuz it’s boring.)
She is being given different cloud samples, with different proportions of ingredients used in making them.
She is supposed to check which proportions of ingredients give clouds the most promising solidity:elasticity ratios.
That research will be later used to update Cloudsdale’s infrastructure, to make it more long-lived.
