Seriously it is: it doesn’t even look like Disney (and I don’t mean character design) …
You’ll love it, I’ve seen little of the series but it’s pretty good. The final fight between Ann (the protagonist) and Sasha (whom her friend believed) was quite epic, even too much for what she thought were Disney’s production standards.
Yes, Disney has been watching Japanese animation, I have no doubts.
You should, it’s pretty solid.
