Yes, I uploaded the 1080p stream that YT compressed without recompressing myself (previously was a recompressed 720p stream after being downloaded from YT that someone uploaded)
 
File size difference is like 12 versus 15mb or something and mine has higher quality audio and theirs video was noticeably more compressed as well as lower resolution so... they just didn't do a good job
