In the Original story this is based on she didnt eat the whole Black Hole right away but used her Magic to tear ‘Tiny’ parts of it off before growing bigger then it to eat it before it dissolved
well it’s a funny thing about black holes. While at first they do suck up everything around them they eventually reach a point where they kinda stop eating everything unless something is directly thrown into the black hole.
