And yes, I’d agree the CM would be a wrecnh.
 
Or maybe her CM has nothing to do with craftsmanship and she simply wears her overall so ponies would no longer questioning her skills. ;)
 
But yeah, personally I also believe that the wrench symbol on her overall is supposed to be her CM.
