I think the SombraPie daughter wouldn't be so much evil as much as she would be like a somewhat bipolar Pinkie Pie, in that she she's mostly just sassy and willing to mock others and has a quick temper, but is actually very caring toward those she cares about.

I would personally love for her to fall in love with Fluttershy and Big Mac's shy son who became her unwilling lackey of sorts, as he was one of the only kids she really befriended at first and was he always stuck with her.

Or I guess it could be Celestia and Big Mac's son in this case.
