Description
I commissioned this piece from MLP and Equestria Girls storyboard artist Desirae Salmark at Ponyville Ciderfest 2019. I asked if she would draw Scootaloo with augmented wings using Rainbow Dash’s prosthetic wing from the Crystal War timeline as a reference. It has been posted with her permission.

I found it odd that she seemed to believe this in spite of all the pegasi her age (Rumble, Cozy Glow, Wind Sprint, Bee Sting), clearly having wings the same size as her, and flying without issue.
