Apple Bloom: Y’all know, when Ah was a kid, Ah had a pet worm.
 
Scootaloo: What?
 
Apple Bloom: Just give me a second. Let me tell y’all this, okay?
 
Apple Bloom: Uh, Ah had this pet worm, his name was Colonel Wigglesworth. He was mah best friend in the whole world. Ah didn’t have a lot of friends. As a matter of fact… okay Ah had no friends none, and uh, Ah used to kiss the worm, too. Ah thought maybe, uh, that he would turn into a person since Ah was a kid, and uh, he could be mah dad. They told me that he left or somethin’, and so just the worm. Colonel Wigglesworth was mah friend and Ah really loved him, and Ah took him everywhere with me, and Ah was ridin’ on mah bike one day and he jumped out of the box, and uh, Ah ran him over with the back tire. Ah killed him. Ah was really heartbroken. Really, he was my best friend in the whole world; the only thing Ah ever loved. And then Ah met you and Sweetie Belle, and y’all guys really looked after me a lot more than you had to.
 
Sweetie Belle: Geez, we’re terrible to you, AB.
 
Apple Bloom: No no, it’s okay, it’s okay. Y’all are mah family. Y’all are mah friends. Y’all are not better friends than Colonel Wigglesworth. Y’all are just different, and, uh, Ah just thought that maybe that might be relevant. Okay. I’ll leave you alone now.
