An error? 8I

Like I said, I do personally consider this an error, but that’s just me…

Well, I just looked at that scene again, hoping to see AB next to this sign, but unfortunately you only see the back end of the arrow as she runs past. But an interesting thing, is if you look at her height relative to the back corner of the arrow, and even compensate for her bending her neck forward, it looks like Applebloom may not have even made the height requirement of this sign, unless they counted her mane, or she may have BARELY made the requirement.  
So maybe the sign is actually too big rather than the characters sizes changing? Unless the fare will only let you ride if you are a full-grown adult. Talk about brutal…

If you say so, though this still seems to be the point it varies the most, at least to me…

Well, they aren’t standing at quite the same level on the left, so Spur is appearing slightly taller in comparison due to the perspective angle.  
Then on the right, if you measure her head, she is not actually a full head size shorter than the height requirement, more like 7/8ths of a head, (not including her hair) and that is HER head size, which if you look back to the left, is actually a bit smaller than Applebloom’s head size.  
So I would say the way the animators represented Spur’s height is actually fairly consistent.

On the left she’s a little more than her ears below Apple Bloom’s height and even less at the withers, but with the ride she’s over a head shorter than the minimum height, meaning the CMC couldn’t have gotten on the ride either. Also, said ride is a ferris wheel, which I don’t think needs such a high minimum height…

What might that be? She is obviously shorter than AB on the left by a significant amount…
