Actually, I enjoyed the entire voice cast. Sure, having Patrick Stewart there gives the movie some street cred, but I feel like everyone did a pretty great job.
It’s just an awesome movie and an irreplaceable part of my childhood.

It was one of the very first Ghibli movies I ever saw, so it holds a very special place in my heart when it comes to animation. I was about 8-years-old and I distinctly remember thinking that it was so pretty to watch =D .
I also was fortunate enough to see Nausicaa in that festival. Only two Ghibli movies I managed to catch in theater!
If you think that all the stuff released now is trash, you’re only watching the stuff that gets advertised the most heavily. There’s been plenty of great animated releases in the last decade.

Nausicaa is probably my favorite, but Kiki’s gets an honorable mention just for being so damn cute. Seriously one of the most adorable movies ever <3
why cant that happen everywhere? let kids watch good animated movie instead of the trash that’s out now?
No, they were doing a Ghibli festival and playing through all of their movies in a local theater!
