At least the ones made today. The ones I played back in the 80's and early 90's were all mechanical and the only thing that could be adjusted was the grip strength, so it was fairly easy to win. Would often go home from the convenience store with a paper bsagck full of toys, and on one occasion cleaned out the machine. It got to the point the amusement company got rid of it, only to bring one back after people signed a petition.
