They could make glue in many ways, one of them is with the resin of the trees, also some flowers and other plants

A quick search tells me that glue can also be made with vegetable starch or gum arabic from the sap of the acaia tree.

I mean, it’s just the hooves you need for glue. You could collect clippings and make glue.
