You can't explain to kids, why this (anatomy-wise) show accurate pony has balls and anus. That's why it must be tagged as explicit.
If you want me to prove why this isn't anatomically correct and why it looks more like a dog, send me a private message, I will explain there.
Also, I don't pay attention to tags 100% of the time, if I liked a picture and missed a tag, it's not that big of a deal.
But in this case, I noticed this picture not having explicit tag, then I checked other tags and saw it was anatomically correct for some reason. No, this is not anatomically correct.
Not only this picture has nothing to do with anatomical correctness, it also completely doesn't match with the tag's description:

You might have noticed when you added Anatomically Correct tag, it added Vulva tag automatically. Because that's why that tag implies.
