Don’t forget that there is also Flash Sentry and Princess Cadence in there as well. If anything, King Speedy Hooves and Queen Galaxia possibly have to be chaste when it comes to their “relationship” together because it would not be just incest but also betrayal: betrayal of trust between superior and subordinate.
This is part of the reason why I wholeheartedly prefer Earthing Elements and Aerial Agricultures relationship together: theirs is already more than stable enough to weather any hardship due to the fact that their components are the parents of Twilight, Pinkie, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash: their significant other half is already a part of the other. If the reversal to the Fusion is indeed discovered, I imagine that Earthing Elements and Aerial Agriculture would not mind it if they decided to remain fused since their love is amplified four-fold already without any form of conflicting feelings existing between all eight component ponies.
