Well, the whole thing is implemented client-side, so the dev tools in your browser can be used to change the prices at will.
 
On further investigation, it would’ve been even easier to go into localStorage and edit my balance.
 
Note: Content Crate #1 will rip you off, as it is hard-coded to charge 2.5 D-Bux (instead of 2.49). The store also won’t let you spend your last 0.01 D-Bux. You can see both of these by attempting to buy the crate 4 times from your starting 10 D-Bux.

I might have an idea of sorts. If you go to the store it mentions about having javascript enabled and a modern browser if you are having problems with the store. It piques my interest about how it’s worded and in bold…
