The biggest mass censorship bill in the history of the internet that is set to eclipse China's level of censorship. Basically, it holds the website owners themselves responsible for any and all Article 11 infringing content (which includes even linking to copyrighted material regardless as to whether or not it falls under fair use).


 
In short, an EU law that screws over everyone but the biggest tech giants and mainstream news sites on the web.
