Done as a request for RIG, who asked for a full .gif of Rarity becoming a Crystal Pony, including that laugh she does.
Rainbow Dash and Applejack are in there, too, but only because I didn’t want to trim too much Rarity out.
The scene in question involves a lot of movement and color change, so it doesn’t really work well in a .gif unless you murder the quality, which is something I usually want to avoid (and even then, I couldn’t help it much).
