Well, in fairness, Spike, you were fucked, then completely dominated by two of the sexiest women in your life. One of whom is following natural instinct because again, apparently this is how dragon mating works, and the other who was apparently invited to a threesome and did her best to respect the custom, going so far as to eat your flesh when she is a vegetarian.
