Description

I’m still new to G1, so I don’t know why Moondancer is now a baby when she was an adult in Rescue at Midnight Castle. Nor why Glory is the same. It might something to do with the head pony Majesty, who apparently tricks her subjects into using an enchanted mirror that create magic baby clones. However the ‘original’ ponies are never seen again afterwards, so watch out for her.

Majesty doesn’t “trick” her friends, not subjects (she never refers to herself as their superior, only they treat her that way), to do that. The story tells you exactly why she made the mirror: for the other ponies. I don’t get why people think Majesty is a psychopath when all she does is destroy evil and protect Ponyland.
 
Anyway, this is a good size comparison, though a bit inconsistent with what happens later. Then again, Catrina changes size all the time.
