Not really.  
The Strength is a card about self-control. The bearer of this arcana fights his/her inner demons and bestial instincts to become a better person.  
For Rainbow Dash, the manticore would represent her arrogant attitude that she must fight so she can be a good teamleader, and a wonderbolt.  
In episodes like “The Mysterious Mare Do Well”, this card would be reversed, because she let herself be dominated by her own cockiness.
