Why does anything with a rainbow have to be seen as gay? Rainbows have had many meanings across cultures for thousands of years, but for some reason our culture seems to think that the gay flag is the only one that counts.

I like the fact that Rainbow Dash is helping make it OK for people to like Rainbows without any connotation of homosexuality, but that gets completely undermined when some of her own fans are going around saying she’s gay.

@Background Pony: Of course not. Without the rainbow, she would be just a tomboy, like Applejack. Not a tomboy with an appearance unintentionally suggesting a reference to the rainbow flag, the symbol of homosexuality.
