Never had a problem buying ponies. I bought them at Wal-Mart. The cashiers barely acknowledged my existence.
 
I dunno what store this guy was at, but I figure at someplace like Wal-Mart, they get a lot of weirder people than guys buying ponies.

my feelings on this depend solely on the way the girl asked … if is was a ‘holier than thou’ kind of way then i’m all for OP … on the other had it could also have been an over reaction
