Y’know it’s funny, a couple of years ago these people were going on about how the Brony fandom wasn’t dying, even though a mass amount of people were quietly pulling out to move onto other things: EllieMontie, Nowacking, Animatedjames to name a few.
 
Now they all seem to be in panic mode all while trying to put on a brave face. For instance some are actually hopeful that the current generation gets re-booted if G5 doesn’t go well. If that’s not a desperate cry for help I don’t know what is.
 
The tuth of the matter is that the fandom isn’t dying, but the Brony aspect is. Sure there are more conventions popping up, but how many of them are tailored for the fans of the show. Not that there is anything wrong with a convention being multi-fandom, but why name a convention after something from the show if mlp isn’t even the main theme? Again, if that came off as biassed I appologize sometimes I just struggle with putting my thoughts into words.
 
But people shouldn’t be freaking out over this, when the show ends and the comics stopped being published due to poor sales, does that really mean the end of the world?
 
I’m pretty certain the show staff would like a nice break from making the same thing over and over after so many years.
 
I just hope that if G5 does turn out to be success and these “analysists” happen to latch on. I just hope that they learned from their mistakes and became better people for it rather than just pretending to be.
