If you increase the brush size, canvas size, and zoom out, you can make it hard to tell that it was made in Paint.
 
I make [raster images](https://www.fastprint.co.uk/Assets/User/17-1-vector-vs-raster.jpg) when I draw too, but it is hard to tell unless it is zoomed into.
