Yes, he has, but Peni doesn’t know about it, since Peni wasn’t just pulled across space, but also across time (around November of 2017).

That’s the tragic element of this particular bit in the “Meanwhile, In Another Universe” arc…the fact that Linkara-in-Wallflower’s-body has to break the news to Peni that Peni’s home universe was destroyed (or, from Peni’s perspective, will be destroyed) by the Lord of Terror.
