Which would beg the question of why this particular manticore was deemed such a menace. It’s clearly not manticores in general that are so dangerous, otherwise Trixie wouldn’t have been able to get a trained one for her magic act at the last minute.

I’ve always thought Tartarus was the pony equivalent of hell, but this looks more like a prison for creatures deemed to dangerous to be wandering free around Equestria and Cerberus happens the be the guard.
 
That begs the question. Who might the prison warden be?

They might even be nasty creatures, but they didn’t do anything bad enough to deserve an extra punishment (they got their energies drained too). Now look at them… they are all so sad… || Neighsay, you will pay for this, oh if you will pay for this (I’m convinced that Cozy Glow is only acting, and that Neighsay is doing this to frame the Young 6, getting them out of Equestria and Twilight’s school closed) ||
