PSA: R0 was changed!
That body’s lovely, but her face… I’m sorry to say, but it’s hitting uncanny valley.
 
Her left eye should be slightly smaller than her right, due to the direction of her head, but not to the degree it is now.  
A little more definition where the side of the face ends, and the cheek begins, wouldn’t be unwelcome either.  
Maybe move where the right side of her jaw ends to under her hand, too.
 
That’s about all I can say on the matter; there might be something up with her ear, but I’m not an expert. And again, the body, and pretty much everything else is wonderful here.
