“The Flayed Men”? Now I want to see a 40k/Song of Ice and Fire crossover.
It’s a Dreadnaught of The Flayed Men chapter who are predominantly blue with a pink outline and bear the pink skull and cross as their insignia.
Ironically, they’re actually a Salamander successor chapter and like their parent chapter quite swell chaps once they’re off the battlefield.
…Nah, just kidding. I don’t think it’s meant to be any chapter in particular honestly.
