Twilight and Doctor Whooves have a… I’d call it a ‘turbulent’ relationship. They’re quite passionate when they’re together, and I can tell when he’s visiting because the library stays closed all day. For a time lord he certainly has no consideration for those of us who need access to the library to do our jobs during regular business hours!
