I found the character it was from The Devil Wears Prada not mean girls.
Still didn’t sound that much like her
Sassy Saddles doesn’t sound anything like temper though.
Also I can’t find that mean girls character you’re talking about because it’s not on her IMDb

Let us try make Hasbro or people making the show noticed that Kelly Sheridan maybe talented enough to sound like Emily Blunt (Tempest Shadow). Who knows, they can bring Tempest into the show for a while or maybe bring them all the characters from the movie back except for the Storm King.

Kelly Sheridan is talented enough to imitate Emily Blunts voice.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.
Hasbro not only CAN change voice actors, but Starlight Glimmer’s VA, Kelly Sheridan, actually impersonated Emily Blunt in the show BEFORE Emily Blunt was a voice in the movie.
Remember Sassy Saddles? She’s based on Blunt’s character from Mean Girls. Kelly voiced that.
So basically we could have Glimmy’s VA take over for Tempest and it wouldn’t even sound out of place :)

I get the joke, but considering there is a comic where she actually revisits the problem and realizes she made mistakes that got her in that situation, I think she would be eager to know how could a pony defeat one.

Plus it also brings the risk of her sounding and nothing like she was supposed to.
and there are even characters from The show that don’t get speaking roles anymore because that voice actors are no longer available and they were just normal everyday actors

Thay can change the voice actor, but if the fandom want the movie voice actor Hasbro need sell a lot of toys.
Small un-voiced cameo is possible though.
