Same. He's one of the best in the fandom when it comes to the characters themselves, but the macro stuff is just weird to me.


 
Went from waiting on the edge of my seat for every post of his, to mostly ignoring them unless I could clearly see it wasn't macro from the thumbnail.


 
I'm not trying to be rude, hurtful, or anything like that as I still have a ton of his older art in my wallpaper rotation, but I can't really enjoy a lot of his newer stuff because of how pervasive giant ponies is in them.


 
An alternate background, even a minimalist one (or even just a transparent background so I can make my own in Gimp, if youhe doesn't have/can't justify the time) would be cool. But I'm not pledged to his Patreon anymore or anything like that, so this is merely a suggestion and I wholly don't expect anything from it.
