If they are two different versions of the same character, it's likely Cozy Glow is being possessed and isn't acting on her own free will.

Also, assuming this is just a coincidence, whose to say something won't happen in S9's premier that will make her change her mind and accept reforming? You and the Cozy haters! She's a child, as far as we know, she deserves a redemption!
