So she did all that just to get to meet Tirek? Well, people in real life and other works of fiction have done worse to meet their evil idol(s).

Already watch it in different language didn’t understand but what do know at the end, she going to execute her other plan.  
This villain named Cozy glow is pure evil she fool them all.
 
Cozy : Hey there Tirek, Plan A is a succes now on to plan B.
 
Now my head is full of question until Season 9 happen.  
Does Cozy want to get into twilight school just to learn about magic in Equestria so she know how to control it and did she do all of this magic stealing just to meet Tirek face to face.  
She know making this crime will send her to Tarturus with Tirek. If she does all of this to meet Tirek and succeed fool all of them she could get an Oscar for best acting.

Stealing all of Equestria’s magic wasn’t her true goal.
 
It was simply a crime serious enough to trick ponies into putting her in Tartarus.
 
Her real goal is meeting her pen-pal Tirek in person. Now onto phase two… in season 9!

True she did not. But does that justify sending her to an underworld meant to hold dangerous creatures? They could’ve used a standardized dungeon. I’m not against someone getting punished for what they did but this is excessive.

This should have been Starlight’s fate. It’s honestly funny. So much drama about her getting redeemed so out of the blue and getting off Scott free, they then had Chrysalis reject her chance for redemption, and now actually punish the ACTUAL CHILD rather than the adult mare that was willing to cause endless suffering across multiple timelines just for the sake of petty revenge.
 
Not to say that Cozy didn’t deserve something coming to her (not sure if this, but whatever), but boy, this really shows Starlight was always (or at least since reforming) the writer’s new favorite OC they wanted to shrill and go “look how awesome she is!” with all along…
