Description
The Shadowbolts form Equestria Girls Friendship Games as ponies, according to my Headcanons :3
*Indigo Zap is now a bat pony (i thought that it would be to help make her stand out more instead of being like a Lightning Dust recolor, plus i think she is cooler as a bat pony XD)
*Sunny Flare is a unicorn (since i see her as being interested in tech and stuff, magic would help her out more)
*Lemon Zest is an earth pony (since most of the food related ponies on the show seem to be earth ponies, and i Headcanon her as being a chief)
*Sour Sweet is a changeling (since her having two different “sides” changes how she acts, i think it is similar to a changeling switching their personality to another pony and acting like them)
*Sugarcoat is a Pegasus (I just think she would look nice as one lol)

Well to be fair, I don’t know these five that much, so I just assumed they weren’t changed as per typical of this stuff.
I believe you tho, I was just being hasty in my judgement.
although worth noting, i’m not the commissioner (that’s the uploader, ice) so i can’t really speak for the headcanon reasoning!
i actually did darken the fur on their pony forms for this commission to match up with the typical EQG forms being lighter :P and tried to shrink their hairstyles to match the pony forms better
Also, the hair of EQG and ponies is always different, as is the skin/fur color. Hair on EQGs is also bigger, so it should be smaller for ponies, and the coats of ponies should be darker than EQGs.
