I'm not familiar with that program, but if there is an option to toggle anti-aliasing, turn it off. If you want a sharper image that is not anti-aliased, increase the canvas size and your brush size.


 
Always--like you did with this image--use the .PNG file format when you upload images, as it is a lot less blurry when it's created than .JPEG images.
