It’s complicated.
In the English g1 cartoon the names hot mixed up. Rumble’s toy, which predated the cartoon, was red.
One: This Rumble is a blue-grey color so it works.
Two: There is still debate over whether Rumble is Blue or Red. Some sources have him red others have him blue.
