what would every ones reaction be if ep 8 actually introduced Devimon to the sieires? because i seem to recall someone speculating that 6 would reveal that Luna is a dream goddess and that one was getting down voted like heck

It could talk about the Princess’s backstory and drop and Ice King on us, maybe take a look at the pain and loneliness an eternity of life with no friends, only servants can bring.

I agree.  
Besides, this IS still a kid’s show… meant for little kids.  
Sure, some episodes does have some heavy stuff, like the end of the world as we know it (and I feel fine), but how would a “wham episode” fit in the middle of two slice-of life episodes, with no mention of big changes?

Meh, not sure if this applies, since this is the THIRD season, not the first.  
So this is like, what? The 40-something-ist episode overall?
