The mane six are not gay for eachother and it will never happen. For fucks sake guys, all of you, the mane six members wont even have boyfriends in FIM, let alone girlfriends. Why are we still acting like the writers would suddenly just go “OH AND BY THE WAY RARITY AND TWILIGHT HAVE SECRETLY BEEN IN LOVE ALL ALONG” or something?

I agree that in FiM there hasn’t been as much fuel, but the last EQG special put Rarijack at the same level of teasing as LyraBon. Yes, the dates of Lyra and BonBon are heavy fuel, but the plan to spend summer together and the “caramel apple girls to the end” scene had the same vibes of say Lyra and BonBon giving each other H&H presents, at least in my opinion.

Rarijack in FiM isn’t even teased. They only started doing it in EQG but that’s different director and storyboard artists. It won’t get anywhere in FiM and most likely will be abandoned in EQG like MarbleMac

I’m not saying Lyrabon is canon. I think they are teasing but afraid to make it official. But there is more evidence for Lyrabon than there is for Rarijack. I will be shocked and surprised if they have Rarity and Applejack date. I will eat my words then. But I believe if they make a canon lesbian couple on the show it will be Lyrabon. It will not ever be two main characters.

It’s not identical. Lyrabon is more canon than Rarijack. But, we’re at an impass. You just want Rarijack to happen and I don’t want it to happen and it’s clouding both of our views.

I think Lyrabon is more canon than Rarijack ever will be. The show will only ever tease Rarijack. It doesn’t have the chutzpah to commit two of their main characters to a lesbian relationship.
 
And please OP, the first Rarijack image is not even shippy. Rarity makes eyes at bucking everyone.
