Pegasi(flying) and earth ponies(force) also have magic; they just can’t directly control it like unicorns and alicorns can. All ponies have magic inside their cutie mark.
clearly that’s not happing because if tirek was the one behind this there cutie-marks would ne gone and the light gone from there eyes
